Sleep, April 2020 Diet: Diet Modifications Can Help Asthma Sufferers. New research suggests that adopting a diet low in dairy and saturated fats and rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and other high-fiber foods can improve lung function and reduce asthma symptoms. Nutrition Reviews, March 2020 Exercise: Exercise Beats Weight Loss for Heart Health in Diabetics. Heart failure is a common complication among type 2 diabetics. Senior author Dr. Gerry McCann writes, “It may seem obvious, but if we can empower patients with type 2 diabetes to make changes to their daily routines through exercise and healthy eating, we may help them reduce the risk of heart failure and even early death.” Diabetes Care, March 2020 Chiropractic: Conservative Care for TMD.
